Through the expansion of internal capabilities, Strategic Procurement steps and SIOP, capacity was increased 100%. Similarly, through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles, repeatable product production was standardized, which allowed for Standard Work and improved training resulting in improved quality of 25% and reduced cost of 40%.
